    Systems Analyst Senior

    Our work depends on Systems Analyst Senior joining our team to support Department of Navy International Program Office (Navy IPO).

    Your role will provide Navy IPO Security Cooperation Directorate technology solution support to Security Cooperation systems, by assessing enterprise-wide SC systems and processes to enhance and streamline business processes.

    You will synthesize and make assessments regarding trends and recommend actions from thorough analysis. A general understanding of FMS programs and roles and functions of the DoD SA/FMS process is desired. Support DoN and DoD security cooperation, security assistance and foreign military sales assessments, staff organization, and administrative requirements. You will provide business system expertise and routinely use and work in systems to understand system interfaces. Through continuous process improvement, identify sources of friction or barriers and provide timely recommendations to management. Provide advice, analysis, counsel, coordination, and prepare technical papers regarding strategic goals, protocol issues, meetings and symposiums, and conferences. Support technology solutions related data calls. Attend and maintain minutes for FMS enterprise activities and high-level meetings for IPO02.
