    Rokstone CRU is part of Rokstone Group, a global speciality underwriting business established in London in 2016, controlling over $1bn annually across multiple portfolios. Due to expansion, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR team.

    You will oversee daily operations and be involved in exciting HR projects in the US and globally. Your responsibilities will include HR administration, maintaining up-to-date databases, reviewing benefits, ensuring policy compliance, supporting the USA People Partner, and identifying employee training needs.

    Role Responsibilities:

    HR Administration

    • Utilize expertise in ADP payroll and benefits administration for smooth operations.
    • Establish state jurisdiction protocols and maintain accurate employee records.
    • Handle HR documentation efficiently and monitor compliance with training and certifications.
    • Conduct background checks and oversee human resource programs.
    • Stay updated on employment laws and best practices.

    Training and Development

    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
    • Design and implement training programs focusing on compliance and leadership development.

    Role Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in ADP, Sage HRIS software, and MS Office suite.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
