We want to hear from you Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This position will be based in a school setting near Newark, DE.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' communication disorders
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language goals
    • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success
    • Monitor students' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
    • Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff regarding effective communication strategies and accommodations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress reports

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
    • Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school or pediatric setting (new graduates with relevant fieldwork experience are welcome to apply)
    • Knowledge of educational regulations and laws related to special education services
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
    • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students overcome communication challenges
