- Supports Monthly/Quarterly Financial Planning processes, including financial forecasting, reporting and analysis with an emphasis on accuracy and predictability
- Supports development of consolidated programs Long Range Strategic Plans (LRSP) and Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
- Works with the program business management teams to develop strategies to improve financial performance based on metrics and to support the management & reporting requirements for the program to Division
- Supports Division Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Investment forecasting and analysis
- Supports review, analysis, and management of invoicing and collections, specifically Treasury Forecast
- Support the development of presentations for Division and Sector leadership
- Supports initiatives and ad hoc requests from Division and Sector leadership
- Interface with program business management teams and Division leadership
- Continually assessing and improving financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, or accounting, financial analysis, or industry related fields. Master's Degree with 6 Years Business Administration, Finance, or accounting, financial analysis, or industry related fields. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with IBM Cognos and Planning Analytics
- Experience with ERP Systems (SAP / S4) and Analysis for Office
- Experience with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) processes
- Experience with monthly planning and forecasting
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
- Excellent problem solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Data and financial analysis skills, including use and understanding of spreadsheets
- Prior experience with Northrop Grumman financial planning, reporting and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions

Primary Level Salary Range: $101, $152,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
