Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce / ServiceNow / OpenAI)Location:
Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid, weekly 2 days to office)
Employment Type:
Contract (4 months duration)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
This role will act as a key liaison between IT and business units, translating functional needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful implementation across platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and OpenAI-based solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with modern enterprise technologies, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business units to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
Serve as liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
Support system configuration and testing (objects, workflows, validation rules, reports)
Assist in managing projects, enhancements, and releases to ensure timely delivery
Develop and maintain process flows, data maps, and documentation
Conduct user training and support change management initiatives
Stay current with platform capabilities and recommend best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or OpenAI solutions
Proven experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe)
Experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
ServiceNow platform experience
Experience working with AI-driven solutions such as OpenAI integrations
Experience supporting enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
