    Description
    Essential Functions
    • Participate in internal and external quality audits, and report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
    • Support all supplier qualification and maintenance activities as it pertains to Quality, such as Curbell's supplier approval process, generating NCRs, Customer Complaint resolution, and Supplier Corrective Actions.
    • Support and promote Curbell's ISO certified Quality Management System at all branch locations.
    Continue to develop compliant branches and help them achieve ISO certification as business needs are determined.
    • Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
    Facilitate problem solving teams and respond to customer discrepancy notices. Verify corrective actions and prepare problem solving customer correspondence related to quality concerns or issues.
    • Support organization with appropriate work instructions, gage studies, test plans, MR items, CAPAs, Planning, Requisition integration, and regulatory and compliance.
    Oversee calibration and measurement systems.
