    Change Management Business Analyst - Pharmacy
    At least 3 years of experience in total, and minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
    Strong US PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Mangers) domain knowledge is required
    Prior experience in IT Change Management (ITIL Service Transition lifecycle)
    Experience in large corporate (matrix) environment, and be familiar with the following:
    A keen understanding of, and be able to audit change requests for reasonable testing practices, and detailed implementation plans
    Demonstrated knowledge of Service Now Platform
    Demonstrated understanding of the Change, Incident, and Problem Management lifecycles
    Demonstrated ability to facilitate large groups as a Change Manager and decision maker
    Solid understanding of how the SDLC, AI/ML concepts, and Infrastructure changes related to each other
    Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
    Responsibilities

    Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client's technological aspirations
    Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models
    Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design
    Ensure that "intent of change" is carried out through every project phase by participating in technical reviews and inspections

    The pay range for this position is $55, $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
