- Opening new investment accounts, rolling over/transferring funds from existing accounts, moving money
- Requesting insurance quotes, issuing applications, and maintaining life insurance policies
- Maintaining clear and accurate communication with clients throughout the entire process
- Running weekly reports and maintaining/updating spreadsheets
- Maintaining detail-oriented, compliant filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with compliance department and partners
- Meticulously tracking project details in RedTail with care and accuracy
- Answering the phone, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
- Supporting the marketing team with event planning and execution
- Maintaining administrative functions of the office, as required
- Performing all other duties as assigned by the advisor
- Bachelor's Degree, required
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the financial services industry, required
- Experience working in a financial planning office, ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required
- Understanding of the financial services and/or insurance industry, required
- Microsoft Office skills, required
- Strong technical skills, ideal
- Salary range: $55,000 – 70,000, commensurate upon experience
