    Description
    Assistant Project Manager will be expected to support PMs and Construction Manager run construction jobs concurrently.

    Applicant will be expected to communicate with owners, architects, designers, and project officials clearly and professionally regarding all aspects of a job including changes, scheduling, and permits.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Here are a few of the critical tasks you will be expected to undertake for this position:
    Direct reporting to Construction Manager
    Assist Project Managers
    Support subcontractor management and scheduling
    Constantly track and monitor the budget with Project Managers
    Constantly track and adjust schedule with Project Managers
    Support Project managers deliver construction projects on time and on budget

    Help PMs and Construction Manager run a construction job from the start to the final item on the punch list.

    Assists Project Managers with Submittals, Change Orders, Change Order Requests, RFI's and all other required documents.
    Thoroughly understand the scope of work so that change orders can be identified, created, and signed in a timely manner
    Assists Project Managers, Superintendents and General Foreman to Schedule material deliveries, as needed
    Communicate with Customer's Team to ensure there is an open line of communication.
    Regularly visit field construction sites to review project status.
    Attend scheduled project meetings and take notes as required.
    Attend weekly Bragg project review meetings

    Requirements & Qualifications:
    The following is a list of required or recommended skills:
    High school or equivalent ( Required )
    Construction Experience: 2 years ( Preferred )
    Project Coordinator: 2 years ( Preferred )
