Application Packaging and Deployment:
Proficiency in SCCM and Intune.
Experience in providing superior service in Operating System image building and maintenance.
Extensive knowledge of application packaging and deployment methods and best practices.

Technical Skills:
Exposure to VMWare vSphere administration.
Windows 10 desktop management.
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell.

System Administration:
Design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Group Policy.

Familiarity with tools/systems such as AGPM, MBAM (BitLocker)/Device Encryption, iOS/Android/MDM (via Intune), Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V), Cloud technologies/infrastructure (M365), and Configuration Manager (SCCM).

Networking:
Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and PXE.

Work Approach:
Ability to complete tasks with minimal instruction and supervision.
Excellent communication skills with all Crown Castle employees.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
