Monitors employee staffing levels lead flow planning and implementing local area marketing initiatives Works with the Marketing Team Monitors High School lead generation activity Ensure compliance standards are met and policies are adhered to
Recruit train manage supervise and motivate Admissions and support staff Ensure that phone calls are evaluated for each Admissions Representative biweekly and interviews are evaluated for each Representative once monthly Conduct Professional Standards evaluations on a quarterly basis Conducts annual and semi-annual performance reviews of each employee reporting to Admissions Works with peer departments to ensure overall success of the campus by delivering excellent customer service and student experience Observes interviews listens to phone calls to provide feedback coaching ensure successful performance Reviews all inbound recorded calls within 72 hours ensure accurate lead entry proper handling calls front desk Ensure staffing schedules shifts arranged full coverage inbound leads during hours operation Monitor respond appropriately public reviews mystery shops Track monitor report progress toward start goals Coaches develop Admissions Representatives identified potential leaders prepare future admissions director roles Works with campus management team ensures adequate resources meet admissions goals Reviews daily weekly performance admissions standards Submit reports forecasts other documents required accurately time Work closely Financial Aid department hold STITCH/GAP meetings maintain excellent customer service interview start performance Workscampus Executives Regional Directors periodically assess whether admissions policies procedures meeting goalscampus Plans conduct campus-based events open houses orientations etc Conduct daily standups weekly team meetings build team cohesiveness review progress toward goalspolicies procedures best practices Correspond prospective students applicants others seeking informationadmissionstandards Provides input budgets training meetingscampus facilities etc Ensures business professional dress code followed by all Admissionstaff members Monday through Friday Completes projects duties assigned Must have high integrity solid business acumen including numerical analytical ability Must be reliable presentable leader on campus in departmentwith student-facing duties Provides guidance throughout admissionprocess Has high energy committed player leadership capabilities must ability train develop subordinates Familiarity CRM CampusVue Proficient MS Office Superior verbal written communications skills Fast paced dynamic collaborative team environment internally externally Comply policystandard.
