    Job Title: Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter

    Responsibilities:

    As a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter, you will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores. Your primary responsibilities include:

    • Speaking with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings.
    • Generating leads for a free in-home consultation or selling a home performance tune-up.

    Our team of industry experts will then follow up with customers to complete the sale and provide exceptional service.


    Compensation and Benefits:

    This part-time or full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation and benefits, including:

    • An hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour plus commission pay.
    • Average hourly earnings of $20-$30 per hour after commissions.
    • Weekly pay via direct deposit.

    Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

    • Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
    • Willingness to approach, speak, and engage with customers.
    • Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate.
    • Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals.
    • Willingness to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours, including some holidays.
    • Ability to stand/walk during shift duration.
    • Responsibility to represent the ARS brand with a clean appearance.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Minimum age requirement of 18 years old at date of application.
