- Full Time - Direct Hire
- Fully On Site Role
- Main responsibility includes overseeing the transition of products from the design & development phase into production
- Will be tasked with mechanical engineering based responsibilities that include creating 3D models and performing thermal analysis to ensure optimal enclosure design of the product
- Electronic Product packaging dealing with enclosures - including sheet metal and plastic designs
- Will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the final assembled Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) to ensure that customer's specifications/requirements - define mechanical aspects and provide outline drawings
- Cooperate with electrical engineers to oversee circuit board layout
- Will be tasked with Documentation / Specification of the project as well as ensuring all regulatory standards are met
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 4+ years of experience working in an electronic product heavy environment -specification, design, and testing of electronic products
- Experience using an electronic design automation (EDA) tool - Mechanical or Electrical Design
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance / safety regulations and product compliance
