    Hybrid role opening

    We are seeking an experienced Human Factors Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving various processes and systems within the medical device field. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of engineering projects.

    Responsibilities:
    - Utilize your expertise in quantum engineering to develop innovative solutions and improve existing processes
    - Assemble and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
    - Collaborate with Industrial Engineers to optimize production processes and increase efficiency
    - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
    - Lead and conduct usability testing procedures and document results

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required
    - Proven experience in quantum engineering, process improvement, and industrial engineering
    - Experience with ANSI HE75, ISO 14971, IEC 60601, and IEC 62366
    - Proficiency in GUI and user research
    - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
    - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

    Salary: $ $65.00 per hour
