We are looking for a Programs Director to support the Advanced Systems Operating Unit within the Advanced Mission Capabilities Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- BUILD AND LEVERAGE A STRONG PARTNERSHIP WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO MEET PROGRAM COST,SCHEDULE AND TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES IN A MATRIX ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
- IDENTIFYING ALLOCATING AND MANAGING PROGRAM RESOURCES INCLUDING WORKFORCE PLANNING CULTIVATES A POSITIVE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH-PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT BY FOCUSING ON ENGAGEMENT RECOGNITION RETENTION INITIATIVES AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DELIVERS EXECUTIVE BRIEFINGS INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY TO CUSTOMERS LEADERS AND OTHER PROGRAM STAKEHOLDERS CULTIVATES CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS INTIMACY TO DEVELOP FURTHER OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE CUSTOMER COMMUNITY PARTICIPATES IN THE NEGOTIATION OF CONTRACTS CONTRACT CHANGES SPECIFICATIONS OPERATING BUDGETS SCHEDULE MILESTONES KEY TERMS CONDITIONS DRIVING PREDICTABLE PROGRAM PERFORMANCE INCLUDING REGULAR MEASUREMENT MANAGEMENT OF KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS
