    The Role:
    We are seeking a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting to join our team.

    Responsible for supporting the preparation of SEC filings, research and compliance on SEC and GAAP reporting activities, and participation in annual audit and quarterly reviews.

    Completing specific accruals, position memos and SOX requirements.


    What Youll Do:


    Participates in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, footnotes and other items to be included in the Companys 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings.

    Responsible for the writing of US GAAP position memos and other SEC/SOX audit documentation.
    Researches and monitors global compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting requirements.
    Participates as needed in documentation and testing associated with SOX compliance activities.
    Completes specific accruals, account reconciliations and other general accounting work.
    Responsible for leading, developing and supervising the manager of SEC reporting to achieve common goals.

    Maintains a highly effective and professional level of communication with other departments (Investor Relations, Legal, etc.) and all levels of management to ensure communication of the most timely and accurate information.

    Demonstrates willingness to complete additional miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the overall organization.

    What We Seek:
    Bachelors Degree Finance or Accounting or highly related field (Graduate Degree desired)
    Ten years professional experience with five years SEC reporting experience and three years supervisory experience
    CPA or CIA
    Expert knowledge of accounting principles
    Strong project management and leadership skills

    Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
    Technical (SEC/public accounting/SOX experience and US GAAP)
