ENERCON serves several markets throughout the energy sector, including data centers, mission critical facilities, the federal government, industrial, nuclear power, power delivery, grid infrastructure, power generation, and renewable energy.

Due to continued growth, Enercon's Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Records Administrator to join the team based in our Kennesaw, GA, Baton, Rouge, LA, Naperville, IL, Chattanooga, TN, FT Worth, TX, and Overland Park, KS location(s).

The QARA is a project team role applicable to projects performed under ENERCONs Appendix B / NQA-1 Quality Assurance (QA) program. The QARA is responsible for creating, setting-up, maintaining and closing QA Project Files at the direction of a Project Manager (PM). The QARA works closely with PMs and Project Management Administrators (PMAs).

• Project Initiation/Set-up for QA Projects
• Process approved Project Plans
• Deliverable records management/document control
• QA Project Closure
• Additional QA administrative support

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
• Records management or document control experience is preferred
• Minimum of High School diploma or Associates Degree
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to be proactive
• Team player with positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks
• Ability to multi-task or change gears quickly
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to travel to client site, to the reproduction company, and ENERCONs office
