    Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA or Assistant BCaBA


    Sunshine ABA Therapy Services provides ABA therapy to special-needs kids and their families, focusing on helping the family achieve unity and harmony in their home. We care about all aspects of family life by supporting parents and teaching them valuable skills to set their child up for success.


    This position is located within client schools in Lake County, with a need in Umatilla and opportunities in Mount Dora/Tavares. As a BCBA or BCaBA, you will be responsible for managing cases, conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and communicating regularly with the administration team.



    • Perform intakes and assessments

    • Create individualized treatment plans for each client

    • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments

    • Maintain detailed documentation of sessions
    • Perform regular supervision of RBT's
