This is a hybrid position, responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating and disposing of auto property damage claims.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Regulation 64 and the Vehicle and Traffic Laws (VTL).
- Understand liability, comparative negligence and how to apply it.
