- Design and Develop: Plan and implement impactful software solutions based on requirements from business partners, utilizing your expertise in Camunda BPM and agile methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and Optimize: Address software issues, enhance performance, and continuously refactor code to improve quality and efficiency.
- Lead and Collaborate: Conduct demos and proof of concepts (POCs), and lead both local and offshore development teams to ensure project success and knowledge transfer.
- Proven experience developing workflows using Camunda or ZeeBee BPM tools.
- Strong background in web applications, API, and RESTful services development.
- Experience with Kafka or similar distributed stream processing systems.
- Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle.
- BRMS experience, especially with FICO products.
- Experience with cloud migrations, particularly in AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like TFS, Team City, Octopus, and GitHub.
