- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to students and families
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Valid Minnesota Teaching License with Special Education endorsement
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
