Responsibilities
Come join us Exciting opportunity to become part of the Primary Care Network team Family Medicine practice providing comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages from Newborn to Seniors.
Responsibilities include telephone triage, direct patient care, medication/vaccine administration, minor laboratory testing as well as patient teaching and health education.
Must possess strong assessment and communication skills along with the ability to work independently. Supervision of LPN's, Ambulatory Techs as assigned. Pediatric experience required. One to two years of experience in direct nursing care.Qualifications
Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing.
Applicants will have less than 6-12 months of RN experience.
Level II
Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range
Pay Range:
$ $42.90
_The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position.
Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process._Location: Ambulatory Nursing
