    The Business Development position is responsible for new business, obtaining new, maintaining and expanding VS Client base through building and maintaining relationships with new and existing Client Facilities, developing an understanding of each Client's unique recruiting challenges, and identifying opportunities to fulfil Client and potential Client's needs. Success in this role requires the ability to create and foster excellent customer relationships. It is the BDM's responsibility to maximize long-term revenue opportunities by becoming trusted advisors to the Clients and the Recruitment Team. Building strategic long term customized recruiting plans with clients. The BDM will run a full desk and guide internal team members and Recruitment for a fluid client experience.

    Essential Functions of the job:


    • Establish High Level partnerships at the C-level within targeted organization. Implements strategic sales approach to move the sales funnel thru the process in an expediated fashion where possible. Guide and support the Recruitment team on all engagement with the target client contacts, making introductions to the team members necessary to have the highest client engagement thru all stages.


    • Communicate with Clients on a regular basis to collect specific details on open jobs, enter all details into the CRM to notify Recruiters of open job requisitions.


    • Present qualified candidates for open job requisitions to Clients and work with the Recruitment team to set-up interviews with their candidates; communicate all submissions/interview feedback to Recruiters; inform Recruiters about job offers and notify Clients of candidate's acceptance or declination of job offers in a timely

    and detailed manner.


    • Use CRM to document all communications related to each contract assignment, including client and candidate submissions, including employee relations issues/concerns presented to you by the Client within the probationary time frame.


    • Provide customer support with high professionalism by providing excellent customer service using dispute resolution techniques.


    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to Clients, Recruiters, and Management by taking accountability, using innovative thinking and relationship building techniques.


    • Work with VP of Business Development to build a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction for existing Clients; promote the Company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.


    • Master the technologies utilized by Client Facilities, obtain employment details and other requirements per Client and Company's guidelines.


    • Work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment to meet or exceed set metrics.


    • Any other duties needed to help drive to Company's vision, fulfil Company's mission, and abide by Company's organizational values.

    Additional Eligibility Requirements:


    • Minimum 3 to 5 or more years' experience in sales of staffing or recruiting firms in the USA


    • BS/BA in business administration, marketing, or relevant field


    • Industrial Staffing – A Plus


    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills


    • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn, build rapport, and take advantage of new concepts


    • Must be highly self-motivated, flexible, and enjoy a fast-paced environment

    Work Environment:

    This job operates remotely. There will be times when traveling to the corporate office in The Woodlands, TX. and or client locations or conferences will be needed.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full-time, exempt status position, which is not eligible for overtime. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday with a minimum of 8 working hours per day (minimum of 40 hours per work week).

    However, please keep in mind that this position requires you to be available via phone and email before and after normal business hours as needed.

    Travel:

    This position will require occasional travel to the corporate office, client locations, or conferences. Typically, this is not requested for more than one or two monthly events or trips.

The employee is frequently required to sit for prolonged periods at a desk while working on a computer; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the employee to work in an environment with a moderate noise level. This

    position requires lifting office products and occasionally supplies up to 20 pounds.
