- Develop, implement, and manage key supply chain strategies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Lead and manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Utilize ASICS methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality control and minimize defects.
- Conduct accurate forecasting to predict demand and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee production planning, ensuring that production schedules align with demand and inventory targets.
- Manage inventory, ensuring appropriate levels are maintained to meet production needs while minimizing carrying costs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies and objectives.
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ASICS methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully implementing these strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Extensive experience in procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices, including forecasting, production planning, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
