Automotive Service AdvisorOur High Volume Service Dept.
is BOOMING with Business and needs to hire experienced Service Advisors to guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.

~ Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied and more.
Provide a completely satisfied customer experienceQualifications - Service Advisor:
Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience is preferred
Automotive operational knowledge
A friendly 'people person' with excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer proficiency on relevant platforms is a plus
