    The Training Improvement Engineer will focus on evaluating and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and content of NNPP training requirements. This role involves analyzing, implementing, monitoring, and overseeing technical training, plant operations, and refueling processes.

    Key responsibilities include maintaining plant and support equipment, providing training to naval and civilian personnel on nuclear plant operations, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

    Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, along with significant relevant experience. Various qualifications are considered, including Shift Supervisor, SIT, EOOW, CRE, and SRE.

    Preferred skills for this role include experience in student training oversight and strong leadership and project management abilities.
