    Responsibilities:

    • Promote a safety culture within the division
    • Motivate team to achieve production goals
    • Work with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance
    • Collaborate with the sanitation team
    • Coach and mentor team members so they can achieve personal goals
    • Participate in production meetings
    • Adhere to all quality standards
    • Maintain accurate records

    Requirements:

    • Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing
    • History of coaching and motivating teams
    • Effective communicator
    • Ability to work on a night shift

    Work Model:

    • On-Site
    • Overnight shift: 6 PM to 6 AM
    • 3-2-3 schedule
