    HEADS UP Tech Service Desk Analyst

    About the Role:

    This is a 6-month contract opportunity with long-term potential. The role involves working in a remote capacity, and occasionally may require on-site work at our Columbus OH or Des Moines IA facilities.

    • Inbound call center for 30K associates/contractors; 100K insurance agents nationwide
    • 24x6 operation, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am - 9:30 pm ET, starting times range from every half hour
