    Job Title:FULLY REMOTE - Human Resources Business Partner

    Status: Exempt

    Salary: $85-90,000.00 annually

    Location: Las Vegas, NV or surrounding area - Will need to come to the office once a month for in person meetings.

    The Role

    The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultant and partner to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates proactively with management to develop integrated solutions.

    This role will support employee-related needs across StocksToTrade.Com, Millionaire Publishing, and E-Education. This is the perfect position for a self-governed, agile, forward-thinking, and multi-tasking mindset with a willingness to dive deep into each Company to understand what HR can provide to enhance each organization while keeping synergies aligned.

    What Youll Do

    Strategic HR Planning:

    Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

    Identify and anticipate HR-related challenges, opportunities, and pressure points offering detailed plans of action to senior leadership.

    Talent Management:

    Manage talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

    Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs.

    Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

    Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.

    Employee Relations:

    Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

    Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns.

    Support and promote a positive inclusive work environment.

    Organizational Development:

    Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support change management efforts.

    Design and implement organizational development interventions to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Partner with senior leadership to design and implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.

    Analyze compensation data and market trends to ensure competitiveness.

    HR Policy and Compliance:

    Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.

    Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

    Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and legal requirements.

    HR Analytics and Reporting:

    Utilize HR analytics to measure and report on key HR metrics and KPIs.

    Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.

    What it Takes

    Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of HR Management experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar role.

    Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, across multiple states.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Previous experience administering total wellness programs is a plus.

    Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

    Experience with Gusto and Slack a plus.
