    **Duties:

    • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine individuals' capabilities and needs in areas of strength, functional mobility, and self-care skills
    • Make recommendations on treatment based on evaluation results
    • Observe and report individuals' progress, response, and behavior
    • Supervise individual and group occupational therapy activities

    **Minimum Qualifications:

    Open Competitive: license and current registration as an Occupational Therapist in New York State. Candidates within State Service can be considered transfer to a competitive class position if they have one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
