- Managing ServiceNow Platform Administrator functions.
- Administering and maintain ServiceNow for environments of similar
- Troubleshooting ServiceNow and providing product support for the platform.
- Daily- or ad-hoc-occurring tasks inherent to overseeing an enterprise application, such as administration of user accounts, groups, roles, lookup table data, and Service Catalog items.
- Creating dashboards, reports, charts, graphs and record lists.
- Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Enterprise-grade databases such as Oracle or SQL Server
- Any other technologies necessary to operate ServiceNow, such as middleware, web server software, web application server software, etc
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years' experience or Master's degree and 10 years experience or a high school diploma/equivalent and 16 years relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S
- Demonstrate expertise in IT system architecture, engineering, and integration; and the ability to apply this expertise across a broad portfolio of IT systems, software, and infrastructure solutions.
- Experience working in a team of personnel performing ServiceNow deployment and O&M.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundation or higher Certification required
