Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is $117,000 to $143,100, with additional performance-based bonuses. Compensation considerations include educational background, professional experience, licensure, scheduled clinical hours, among other factors.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a doctoral degree in psychology, possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience, hold an Independent Mental Health License in Pennsylvania, demonstrate proficiency in offering psychotherapy services, exhibit solid computer skills, and display a track record of professional development. Additionally, candidates should excel in building client relationships quickly and be self-motivated.
