    While this is a remote position, you must reside in the Las Vegas area. This position will soon become hybrid (2-3 days in the office) in the near future.

    Summary

    This entrepreneurial "Hunter" Sales Manager position is directly responsible for working alongside the team to build sales efforts, specifically with program qualification and development. Sales Managers manage hotel partnerships and seek new opportunities in the Las Vegas area to increase hotel market share. In addition to building hotel relationships, you will develop self-generated opportunities, network and form internal partnerships, hunt, build, and close business with your creative vision and approach to growing the Las Vegas business and love for the city.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    • Relationship development and lead generation with key target hotels
    • Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas market, hotels, venues and vendors
    • Conduct presentations and lead site inspections for hotel partnerships and other business opportunities
    • Ensure that KPIs and Key Results are measured and met
    • Works directly with the creative and events department to ensure excellence at every level of the client experience
    • Work in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue and gross profit goals
    • Works directly with operations to create a seamless transition for program operations
    • Diligently supports the organization by referring clients to the ACCESS brand

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of validated sales success in a consultative, service-minded company, preferably in the hospitality or events industry. DMC experience is a plus.
    • Self-motivation, leadership, and ability to tackle problems, work independently and with your team
    • Positive relationship-building skills with a desire to network, connect, and build your sales base
    • Entrepreneurial hunter mindset
    • Existing client relationships are a plus
