- Adhere to QA and Health Department standards
- Strive for guest satisfaction by delivering top-notch service
- Complete cleaning duties, attend meetings, and contribute ideas to enhance operations
- Uphold appearance standards, display a positive attitude, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Optimize productivity, minimize waste, and suggest strategies for revenue generation
- Ensure cleanliness in work areas and follow safety protocols
- Attend TIPS training and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Handling orders via phone, room service, and deliveries with accuracy
- Providing excellent service as per Marriott and departmental guidelines
- Monitoring food waste and maintaining bistro cleanliness
- Participating in meetings, adhering to green policies, and following protocols
