The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax planning review income tax preparation strategic tax consultation

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of

  • tax accounting compliance including preparing reviewing income tax returns quarterly annual financial statement tax provisions
, developing implementing strategic planning for federal state taxes managing team members preparing components US federal income return state returns ensuring maintaining appropriate level documentation supporting audit coordinating audits various taxation authorities reviewing current deferred calculations management balancing general ledger researching resolving findings implementing changes avoiding future issues staying current laws regulations ensuring strategize potential impact finances
