- Patient education.
- Fitting, and dispensing hearing aids.
- Troubleshoot, repair and service hearing and amplification devices.
- Inventory management and administrative duties.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Current, or eligible for, California State licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population.
- Strong computer, hearing aid software, and hearing aid equipment experience.
