Description

Join our team at Marathon! We are currently looking for a Cost/Pricing Analyst III to collaborate with the Department Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (DAF RCO), the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition Special Programs Division (SAF/AQL), and US Air Force combat and sustainment activities. As a Cost/Pricing Analyst III, you will provide crucial assistance to the Chief of Pricing by offering guidance and recommendations to procurement personnel on a variety of cost and pricing matters.

Utilize your contracting and pricing expertise to provide advice to specialists on technical issues
Apply knowledge of federal, DoD, and Air Force regulations and policies
Assist Contracting Officers in setting cost objectives based on solid pricing principles
Act as a key analyst on complex contracting matters
Serve as a pricing expert on various issues
Review and assess contract price proposals for compliance with regulations
Conduct detailed evaluations of proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness
Manage acquisitions involving diverse supplies and services
Evaluate cost elements in contract proposals
Supervisory responsibilities may be part of this role
Perform high-visibility duties independently
Additional duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant work experience
Master's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in classified accounting systems
Active TS/SCI clearance
Active driver's license
COVID vaccination or approved accommodation/exemption required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work under demanding schedules
Willingness to travel
Government Polygraph clearance required
