The Role
Attorney at The Kelly Firm, P.C., law firm in Spring Lake, NJ, specializing in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and commercial real estate. Successful candidates will practice law in a boutique law firm environment at the Jersey Shore representing an array of corporate and individual clients.This position offers an extremely competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
Prepare and file motions and briefs for Federal and State trial and appellate matters.
Court appearances on motions, evidentiary hearings, and trials in State and Federal Courts.
Represent corporations, principals, bankruptcy trustees, and parties-in-interest in commercial and bankruptcy matters.
Oversee litigation discovery and commercial real estate contracts and closings.
Requirements and Qualifications
Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school (Required)
Admitted to the Bar in New Jersey (Required)
Law Firm / Litigation experience, 3+ years (Preferred)
Strong organizational skills
Capable of managing multiple projects at a time
Excellent written and verbal skills
