    The Project Manager in the Sustainable Energy Solutions
    group develops and leads large customer projects, according to defined Project Management
    (PM) standards and customer requirements, with end-to-end responsibility for
    project financial results, quality, schedule and Environmental, Health and
    Safety (EHS).
    The role is based in the Siemens Energy offices in Orlando,
    Florida, and offers a flexible working environment with a mix of office work,
    remote work, and travel to project locations.
    The Project Manager organizes and leads the project team to
    fulfill the project goals through meetings and clear and efficient
    communication structures with all relevant partners.

    How You'll Make an Impact
    The specific responsibilities assigned to the position

    include:

    • The Project Manager has theoverall responsibility for the execution of the project through finalacceptance by the Customer, including financial performance, management ofrisks and opportunities, claim strategy and claim management, maintainingthe project time schedule, and EHS performance.
    • Principal interface persontowards the customer for the execution of the project, includingmanagement of customer expectations, and eventual clarification ofcustomer targets and requirements.
    • Responsible for development andimplementation of the project execution plan, outlining the projectstrategy to fulfill all contractual requirements and successfullyimplement the project in accordance with Siemens Energy guidelines.
    • Ensuring understanding andflow-down of the project contract requirements to the relevant teammembers and partners.
    • Responsible for achievinginternal targets and important metrics.
    • Responsible for projectcompliance with contracts, agreed specifications, requirements, standards,and regulations.
    • The Project Manager leads theProject Management Team and delegates responsibilities to the team membersto ensure efficient and successful project execution.
    • Minimize non-conformance costsand ensure recording and communication of lessons learned.
    • Involvement in the proposal stageof projects, including negotiation of contracts and supporting thedevelopment of bids.

    What You Bring

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in anengineering field or equivalent is required.
    • 10 years of experience in acombination of technical engineering and project management roles on mid-to large scale projects in a relevant industry.
    • Experience leading a project teamis required.
    • Project management experiencewith large energy projects is preferred.
    • Experience with risk mitigation,and risk and opportunity management strongly preferred.
    • Must have strong written, verbal,and interpersonal skills; Spanish fluency is a plus.
    • Proficient in contract and claimmanagement for mid- to large-scale industrial projects, includingnegotiation.
    • Availability to travel regularlyto project locations, domestically and abroad (travel amount will vary).
    • All candidatesmust be authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the UnitedStates.
