    Harrison Gray Search is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join an insurance agency client of ours located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

    Our client is one of the largest independent insurance agencies in Wisconsin.

    This position works closely with a team of agents to provide excellent customer service and support to individual and group clients.

    Qualified candidates will be licensed and have 3+ years of Employee Benefits experience. ResponsibilitiesServes as primary contact for all day-to-day service issues and other inquiries for assigned clientsActs as liaison between client and vendors/carriers to resolve issues and identify opportunities for process improvementsTracks, manages, and documents open issues keeping the client and agent informed on status and resolutionCoordinates marketing projects by gathering required employee and plan documentation such as census data, experience data, current and proposed plan design informationQuotes, analyzes, and compares health, individual and ancillary quotesManages renewal timeline to ensure timely execution of client decisionsPrepares summaries of insurance, renewals, schedules, and proposalsReviews client contracts and policies for accuracySupports agents with new and renewal business presentations as neededCoordinates enrollment and informational meetings between client and carrierMaintains agency management system with up-to-date and accurate informationBuilds and maintains strong customer relationships through pro-active communicationCommunicates and educates clients on latest industry trends, issues, and changesRequired Knowledge and SkillsBenefits insurance industry experience with knowledge of employer group insurance marketplacePractical knowledge of quoting process and toolsProficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and OutlookAnalytical and critical thinker with ability to conduct independent research Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage a large workloadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively explain complex information both verbally and in writingStrong editing and proofreading skills Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy Ability to perform basic mathematical computationsAbility to follow existing processes, procedures, and verbal instructionAbility to manage multiple priorities, accurately, efficiently, and independentlyLicense and Certification RequirementsValid WI driver's license and acceptable driving historyCurrent licensure or ability to obtain Life & Health Resident Intermediary granted by the State of WisconsinBenefitsFull-TimeHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife insuranceFlexible Spending AccountsShort and Long Term DisabilityAccident and Critical Illness InsuranceLong Term Care InsuranceIdentity Theft ProtectionPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off401K Plan#ZR
