This is an onsite position located in Wampum, PA.

Purpose:

Responsible for providing the overall process design and suggest measures for improvement of manufacturing, thereby increasing productivity and improving manufacturing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Kronos
• Equipment Uptime to meet customer expectation.
• Monitors, leads and motivates resources in the department.
• Drive continuous improvement in production, quality and safety at its highest levels.
• Ensures Safety, Quality, Production, Delivery, People & Lean standards are maintained.
• Maintain the pace of production
• Improve standardized work (Best Practices)
• Conduct necessary training in standard work

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business, technical or chemical) preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred but not required
• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of successful production supervision experience required
• Computer systems knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TQM and/or ISO is preferred.
• Resourceful problem solver with proven ability to bring quick resolution to challenging situations.
• Team player with ability to build lasting productive business relationships with hourly associates, management, and peers.
• Ability to effectively communicate information both verbally and in writing
