Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. Responsibilities:

• Direct involvement in the initial prototype cell processing: Collaborate closely with R&D to manufacture, assess, and authenticate prototype energy storage cells.
• Supervision and training provision to technicians: Lead a technician team, delivering essential training and direction to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaboration with suppliers and assessment of materials: Interact with suppliers to choose and assess materials aimed at optimizing cell performance.
• Structural designing of cells: Take charge of designing the cell structure to guarantee compliance with performance and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Battery or Fuel Cell industry.
• Expertise in fabricating and testing electrochemical devices such as batteries, fuel cells, or capacitors.
• Proficiency in coding (Python, C++, Java, or other relevant languages).
• Capability to conduct experiments in a glovebox environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency in image analysis methodologies.
• Experience with advanced data querying techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) analysis.
