    Description

    Job description

    Primary job is to identify new business opportunities within medium and large corporate accounts. The BDO works directly with experienced Senior Account Managers and Vice Presidents to develop accounts within specific vertical industries in order to build relationships with "C" level executives and identify potential transactions.

    Pay Structure:

    $50,000 - $55,000/year

    $1,000 for every Letter of Intent signed

    $500 - $2,500 for qualified opportunities found within Campaign

    We seek individuals who:

    1. Highly competitive in nature, intelligent and motivated

    2. Proven track record of consistently building account relationships

    3. Are unwilling to take "no" for an answer

    4. Want to build a lucrative career interacting with senior finance professionals

    Key Duties:

    1. Daily b2b prospecting for new accounts

    2. Territory database development

    3. Identifying and qualifying financial transactions

    4. Working with management to analyze, price and structure transactions

    Additionally, the successful BDO will continue the Nexseer training program and develop the following additional skills:

    1. Financial and risk analysis of major corporate accounts
    2. Structuring, pricing, and negotiating finance and loan packages
    3. Understanding related tax, accounting, regulatory, and legal issues
    4. Major account development on domestic and international accounts
    5. Basic documentation and underwriting
    6. Transaction management and syndication
