    This 100% remote internship empowers creative advocates to document, measure, and scale student projects across mental health, healthcare access, environmental justice, financial literacy, and civic engagement while developing innovative multimedia content that demonstrates evidence-based community impact.

    Documenting & Amplifying Student Innovation

    As a Social Impact Leader Intern, you'll document how students transform lived experience into systematic solutions while creating compelling multimedia narratives that inspire others to do the same.

    ### Core Responsibilities

    Student Project Documentation - Conduct in-depth interviews with student social innovators about their community impact projects, measuring outcomes across health, education, policy, and economic development


    Impact Data Collection - Track metrics including community members served, policies influenced, resources created, partnerships formed, and economic value generated


    Multimedia Content Creation - Develop case studies, video testimonials, social media content, and visual narratives showcasing how students close the research-to-practice gap


    Best Practices Analysis - Identify patterns across successful student projects in mental health advocacy, healthcare access, environmental justice, financial literacy, and civic engagement


    Community Partnership Development - Connect student innovators with universities, nonprofits, and community organizations seeking youth-led solutions

    5-15 hours per week depending on participation track
