The Records Specialist is a hands on role responsible for the physical lifecycle of client records,Responsibilities
- Retrieve, box, move, and stage physical files for storage, transfer or destruction in accordance with client retention policies
- Register new files and track file circulation accurately in the Records Management System (RMS) - FileTrail.
- Prepare inactive files for offsite storage, including quality checks
