- Mix and garnish cocktails according to established recipes, ensuring consistent quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs, promptly addressing any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and maintain an organized cash drawer.
- Upsell additional items and promote ongoing specials to enhance guest experience.
- Engage in suggestive selling to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, restocking, and cleaning.

- Prior experience as a bartender, cocktail server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
