Job Title: Entry-Level RBT

Are you a motivated and caring individual with a passion for working with children and adolescents? Do you have experience in implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)? If so, we are seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.

Job Description:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, providing one-on-one therapy in home, clinic, school or community settings;

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A high school diploma is required. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or Social Work is preferred;
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is highly valued;
  
RBT certification preferably within 60 days of hire, but willingness to obtain it within this timeframe will be considered as well ;

Others :

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills , ability to remain patient professional compassionate .Ability to work independently reliable transportation if required for travel Background check result positively passed.
