RCA - Respiratory Care Assistant - Duke University Hospital (Pediatric)
We are in search of a Respiratory Care Assistant at Duke University Hospital. This role is perfect for an active respiratory student who has successfully completed the first year of an approved respiratory program and is eager to contribute to our mission of advancing health together.
Job Description
As a Respiratory Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include performing various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures outlined in the Respiratory Care Services scope of practice under the supervision of a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications at this Level
Experience
No prior experience required beyond clinical involvement in the respiratory program.
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification
Must be registered with the Board to provide respiratory care procedures and hold relevant certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS).
