    What You'll Do:

    • Deliver compassionate podiatric care in long-term care and senior living facilities.
    • Diagnose, treat, and manage various foot and lower limb conditions.
    • Provide preventive care for high-risk patients, including effective management of diabetic foot issues.
    • Educate patients and caregivers on essential foot health and mobility.
    • Collaborate with facility staff to improve patient outcomes.
    • Engage in Medicare quality programs to uphold excellence in care.
    • Document patient visits using NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree (required).
    • Active or eligible state licensure (multi-state licensing supported by PPG).
    • Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings (preferred).
    • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
    • Able to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
    • Capable of lifting or carrying up to 15 lbs. as necessary.

    Compensation:

    • Your compensation will be based on a percentage of the revenue you generate, meaning your earning potential increases with the number of patients you see and the size of your caseload. The provided pay range is based on approximately one week per month (four days) of work and may increase with additional visits. Full details regarding our compensation model will be shared during the interview process.
