Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coach an Agile Release Train (ART) in support of delivering highly visible strategic initiatives.As RTE, you will be responsible for facilitating the ART events and processes, assisting teams in delivering value for our clients,
communicating with stakeholders,
escalating impediments,
helping manage risk,
- • Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the Vision Roadmap and Backlogs through Pre-Post-PI Planning meetings.
- • Conduct the PI Planning events.
- • Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives& publish them for visibility transparency.
